Shipping and payment

All the products available in our stores are shipped within 48 working hours from the date of receipt of the order.

If the items are not available in stock, the waiting times will be communicated via e-mail. The timing, in this case, may vary depending on the availability of our reference supplier.

The ordered goods are prepared for transport with extreme care, using adequate packaging to allow the protection of the goods from possible knocks and ensuring good thermal insulation of the same.

It is possible to send your purchases to an address different from your residence, simply indicate it in your order by filling in the appropriate section.

All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who by internal regulation cannot leave parcels unattended at the entrance of your home. We therefore recommend that you indicate an address where the courier can find someone to sign and collect the package.

It is possible to know the status of the shipment directly on the official websites of the couriers by entering the waybill number (tracking number) received in the e-mail of the shipment. Shipments can be monitored after 24 / 48h from the receipt of this e-mail.

GLS is our courier for shipments to Italy. 

For shipments outside Italy we rely on DHL, UPS and Fedex.
