Based on art. 52 of the Consumer Code and following Legislative Decree 206/2005, the buyer, if he is dissatisfied with his purchase, can return the product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. The shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the buyer.
Before proceeding with the return of the goods, please check carefully that the following conditions are met.
- it must not have been used, must not present any damage, nor must it be dirty;
- all returned goods are carefully checked and if the conditions of the product are deemed to be altered from the originals, the return cannot be accepted;
- must be returned in its original case and packaging;
- must be sent within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the return. The shipment must be notified by e-mail with an indication of the date, the service used (post / courier) and, if possible, the waybill number.
If all the above conditions are respected, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount of the product. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer.
We will not reimburse for returns that do not comply with all the above conditions. However, it will be possible to return the returned item at your expense in the condition in which it was received by OtticaMauro within 30 days from the notification of receipt. If the return of the goods is not required within this period, OtticaMauro may dispose of the same at its discretion.
Refunds are made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
The amount will be credited back to the credit card, PayPal or bank account used to place the starting order. The timing of viewing the amount in your account will depend on the rules and procedures of the banks and the company of your credit cards.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT
1. Access your personal area by clicking on MY ACCOUNT and entering your login credentials;
2. Go to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS and select the products for which you want to request a return;
3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return and click MAKE A RETURN NOTE.
You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been accepted. Pack your product in its original case and packaging, go to any sorting point and send the package to the following address:
