The data may also be communicated, following inspections or controls to the bodies responsible for verifying the regular fulfillment of civil and fiscal obligations.
The provision of essential personal data referred to in point a) is mandatory for the fulfillment of legal obligations and / or the establishment and / or fulfillment of the contractual relationship.
